返品・キャンセルについて（Cancellation）

キャンセルをご希望の場合は、メールでご連絡ください。
予約日程の2週間前からのキャンセルには、キャンセル料が発生いたします。 キャンセル料：2週間前50%／1週間前70%／前日・当日100%
※天候や災害あるいは主催者都合で開催を中止する場合、全額をご返金いたします。
中止の際は、災害などのやむを得ない場合を除き、原則として当日までにメールまたは電話でご連絡いたします。

In case of cancellation please contact us by e-mail.
If you cancel within 2 weeks of your reservation, cancellation fees will be incurred.
Cancellation fees：50% from 2 weeks before, 70% from 1 week before, 100% from 1 day before or same-day cancelation.
*If the event is canceled due to weather, disaster, or the organizer's circumstances, the full ticket price will be refunded.
In this case, we will contact you by email or phone by the day of the event, except in unavoidable cases such as disasters.
